With neutral pronation, the GEL-CUMULUS 19 is the ideal high-performance shoe for middle- and long-distance runners. With new and improved inlays in the forefoot, a SpEVA 45 insole, and a lowered heel height, the new version of the GEL-CUMULUS is made for comfortable road running at all speeds.

The Impact Guidance System (I.G.S) allows for a more natural foot movement and improves personal stride, while the visible GEL system at the back and front of the foot perfectly cushions the impact with every step.
