KETO TURRÓN CRÉME: a touron (Spanish nougat) flavored cream with the same ingredients as the typical Christmas nougat (roasted almonds, lemon zest and cannelle), but with no added sugar. We used erythritol, resulting in only 0.1 g of carbohydrates nets.
Thanks to their nutritional values, these creams are perfect for breaking a fast or for consuming at any time of day. They can be eaten on their own or as part of a dessert, in yoghurt, with cereals, on toast, etc.
Toasted almond (Prunus dulcis), sweetener (erythritol), grated lemon (Citrus limon), cannelle (Cinnamomum zeylanicum). It may contain traces of peanuts, soya, milk,autres nuts and/or their derivatives.
Some separation in the oil is natural, so stir before use.
