This is a hard-shell jacket made from innovative, 100% biobased renewable polyamides extracted from vegetable oils and food waste, leaving a significantly lower empreinte in the production process, e.g. 3x less greenhouse gas emissions compared to normal polyamides. The completely PFC-free water-repellent treatment, combined with the electrospun membrane, creates a long-lasting partner for outdoor activities, with a soft feel, superior breathability and waterproofing.

The jacket has been designed with high-quality fabrics and zippers to last for many years. It is a unique product made from an entirely new material, created in close collaboration with the fabric supplier. During development,accent was focused on creating an ecologically sustainable garment in waterproof fabric with high breathability.
The advantages of this top-of-the-range product are numerous. It's a waterproof jacket with taped seams and high breathability, perfect for hiking, trekking orautres more intense activities. It's lightweight, so it fits perfectly in your backpack. Designed for a high level of activity, the fabric and its mechanical stretch provide good comfort during all types of movement, while the jacket's construction ensures an exceptional fit. Raised pockets and two chest pockets are all easily accessible, even when wearing a belted hiking backpack. The jacket also features a zipped arm pocket. Long, zippered ventilation openings under the arms keep you comfortable during the most intense hiking activities and weather changes. The jacket features an adjustable hood with integrated brim that protects against rain, and YKK Aquaguard® zippers that are water-repellent, meaning water doesn't get in there either. The bottom of the jacket can be adjusted with a drawcord and the cuffs with barding for a tighter fit and to keep moisture out. The bottom and hood have integrated Cohaesive™ stops that nicely hide the drawstrings.
It also features a built-in RECCO® reflector in case of extreme weather conditions or if an accident occurs during your adventure. RECCO® is a rescue technique used by organized rescue teams to locate people lost in the wilderness or buried in an avalanche. The reflector can be described as a small antenna that is integrated into the jacket and is therefore always with you. It is not battery-powered and does not need to be activated; it is always active. During the rescue operation, the rescue team uses a RECCO® detector which emits a signal. When it touches the reflector, the signal bounces back and the reflector can be located. With an integrated RECCO® reflector, you can feel safer during outdoor activities such as mushroom and berry picking, or hiking in unfamiliar terrain.
