Telescopic thanks to the carbon R-Lock system, you will have no difficulty to unfold or fold these 3-strand trail poles for a size once folded of 62cm. The telescopic system allows you to adjust the poles to your size very easily. Indeed, the poles can be adjusted between 105cm and 135cm (maximum size once unfolded).
