Punching ball Everlast. This model is the pro model of the range .Everlast The design allows for easy movement around the punching ball so that you can work on your moves while being in constant motion.

The spring attached to the bar has been adjusted with great precision by Everlast in order to produce a very accurate rebound allowing you to work on reflexes and precision as close to reality as possible.

To go even further, the spring can be adjusted to 3 levels of drive:

• "speed fex", ideal for quick strikes, dodges and combinations.
• "Hyper flex", this setting is ideal for improving precision, agility, sparring simulation and developing defensive reflexes.
• "straight flex" ideal for striking techniques, agility, footwork, defensive reflexes and timing.
