The GEL-CONTEND™ 7 running shoe provides excellent cushioning for runners looking for a combination of durability and support.

Designed with a technical mesh upper, this application stretches with the natural movement of the foot and creates an excellent fit. Synthetic seams on the overlays help create a more supported foot. Following a more sustainable design approach, this shoe also uses fewer resources to color the insole.

Reliable cushioning comes from GEL™ technology in the back of the foot, a durable AMPLIFOAM™ midsole and an ORTHOLITE™ sockliner that are all designed to enhance comfort and provide excellent shock absorption. By following the natural progression of the foot, the GUIDANCE LINE™ technology helps generate a more natural and consistent stride. In addition, the outsole flex grooves increase the flexibility of the shoe during your step, creating a more natural feel from foot strike to toe-off.
