It can, for example, estimate your VO2 max. (index of respiratory capacity during effort) and your fitness age, two indicators of your physical condition that you can improve over time by training regularly. It also tracks the variability of your heart rate, which is used to calculate and record your stress level to help you take the pressure off.
Always connected Once your watch is connected to your compatible smartphone, you will be able to receive and send5 SMS, track your calls, emails and social network notifications directly to your watch. You can find your phone, control your music and share your activities live with LiveTrack. Once your activities are complete, they'll be automatically uploaded to the Garmin Connect online sports community.
