It is important to have the right sticks on long walks or hikes. The Abbey walking sticks are designed to provide you stability, give extra support during a climb and spread the effort between your legs and arms.

The trekking poles are made of lightweight, durable aluminium and have an integrated anti-shock system to lower the impact on your joints. It is important walking poles have the correct length, therefore these hiking canes have a telescopic rotation lock system which makes them adjustable from 63 to 135 cm. For optimal support the lower arm should be bent in a right angle.

Furthermore, the walking sticks have anatomically shaped rubber handles with black wrist bands, essential for support and efficient pushing. The poles come with a durable steel tip.
