The Ski Erg lets you rediscover the sensations of Nordic skiing: each pull puts a heavy load on arms, shoulders, trunk and legs. It's a challenging workout for the whole body and the heart. This machine, used and approved by rowing, cross-country and Nordic skiing athletes, is built to last, enabling you to effectively reach your training goals or prepare for a new ski season. The Ski Erg features a PM5 monitor, comparable to that of the Concept2 rowing machine. Easy to read and use, it shows you watts, calories, time, etc.
