The Mizuno Enerzy Nxt foam enriched with nitrogen, integrated into the upper part of the midsole, delivers exceptional energy return and cushioning.

The lower part of the midsole is made of Mizuno Enerzy Nxt (without nitrogen) featuring different firmness levels.

Equipped with a Mizuno Wave Plate throughout for the first time in 30 years of the WAVE RIDER series history.

Drop of 8 mm. Midsole height ranging from 34.5 to 42.5 mm.
