The Friction II GTX is made for mountain adventures. This versatile alpine boot is designed for demanding hikes, treks, climbing excursions, and glacier tours. Its stiffer, reinforced sole is compatible with semi-automatic crampons. For extra comfort, we equip it with an impact-absorbing element throughout its length. The robust upper uses Bergrind leather from mountain cattle and durable Cordura®. Additionally, the insulated lining and GORE-TEX membrane will keep your toes warm and dry. With deep lacing, offset tension hooks, nylon lace loops, and a lace locking system for two-zone lacing providing a secure and precise fit.
