The fitted EVA midsole of the Technician strikes a strategic balance between stiffness and comfort, allowing for high-level precision where needed and providing comfort exactly where it's appropriate. As its name suggests, this shoe is ideal for technical climbing, and the BlackLabel-Mountain rubber on the shoe is ultra-adhesive. It offers unmatched performance on terrain requiring precise grips and for confident climbing on friction. Lastly, the multiple strap loops on the Technician allow for various options to attach it to your bag and for storage when the approach phase ends and the challenging routes begin. The Technician has a relatively narrow fit compared to conventional sports shoes. If you're using the Technician for climbing and technical approaches, we recommend the size measured in Brannock.
