It insulates your head from the cold during open-water training and competitions. Perfectly hydrodynamic, it provides maximum warmth and reduces drag. Its Velcro fastening system under the neck ensures an optimum fit without compromising breathing while swimming. It covers the ears and forehead perfectly, and features thermo-jersey on the areas in direct contact with the water: temples, forehead and top of skull. This model uses neoprene skin all over the top of the skull, contributing to the product's hydrodynamic properties.

For maximum insulation, you can wear your swimming cap above or below the hood.
