The new 100% Mizuno enerzy midsole runs the length of the sole. Reinforced at the heel, you will appreciate its excellent cushioning accompanied by a return of energy always more optimal!

The midsole is also composed of the new Mizuno plate made with castor beans. This, combined with the enerzy foam, gives you maximum balance, cushioning and stability!
