Who is this model for:
As indicated above, the WAVE SKYRISE is intended for runners of all weights and with a neutral stride, whose foot rolls perfectly in the axis. It is also suitable for runners with orthopaedic insoles.
For runners weighing less than 85kg, it is ideal for jogging and long runs, offering good protection against shocks, but also for specific pace sessions (Threshold).
For runners weighing more than 85kg, it will be perfect for split sessions (fartlek, VMA, threshold) and occasional jogging. If the practice is more intensive, we recommend the Wave Sky 3 for more comfort and protection.

For which types of use:
The Wave Skyrise is above all a training shoe, intended for light jogging (endurance outings) and long outings, on roads and paths for runners of all weights.
Its dynamic characteristics will allow you to use it also for threshold training (half-marathon or marathon paces) while keeping very good sensations and excellent protection, as well as for short and long VMA sessions in the training recovery phase.
