These lozenges have been reformulated with Xylitol to reduce digestive stress compared to sorbitol. Sodium, the first electrolyte lost in sweat, helps hydration by maintaining water balance. Use effervescent tablets before, during or after exercise to effectively hydrate and replenish electrolyte levels.
