GUIDESOLE™ technology features a curved sole that improves running efficiency by reducing the load placed on the lower extremities.
FLYTEFOAM™ technology cushioning is placed on the top layer of the midsole for a smooth landing on the ground while the bottom layer of FLYTEFOAM™ Propel technology generates a more responsive bounce.
A plate, which is inserted between these two layers in the forefoot, helps maintain the integrity of the midsole.
By creating an easy forward roll, this movement propels the foot forward to create smoother, more efficient transitions between strides
