The Asics Gel Braid running shoe allows you to run longer with less energy. The GUIDESOLE technology in this sole has improved cushioning to reduce muscle load during foot strike. It does this by combining FLYTEFOAM technology with the cushioning of GEL technology. The rigid forefoot and dynamically curved sole increase running efficiency by reducing ankle joint movement.
