Protein Power contains three types of protein: soy isolate, calcium caseinate and whey concentrate.
The new formula is sugar-free, lactose-free, gluten-free and of course fat-free. The product also contains added creatine.

Directions for use: Mix 1 dose (30 g, 1 scoop = 3 tablespoons) in 300 ml of water twice a day. Use a shaker for preparation! Take 1 dose within 45 minutes after training and another dose between 2 meals. On days off, take 1 dose in the morning and 1 dose in the evening.
